Dave Pollard, an Englishman in Canada who blogs on a range of environmental issues amongst other things, recently asserted the following:
"It seems to me that our only hope to inspire future generations to want to preserve and recreate natural spaces is to show them so they can experience it first-hand. We cannot expect people to care about things they only see on National Geographic."We couldn't agree more - which is of course why we work so hard to bring people into contact with Wilderness.
